Best Wishes!

I have no silly Christmas special to offer this year, but I still wanted to send my best wishes for all your festive celebrations or quiet reflections at the end of 2022 and an infinitely better 2023! Thank you for giving me some modicum of your time this year and all the years past. I will have more to share with you in the new year. For now, enjoy what makes you happy and be very, very good to yourselves. You deserve it.

About In Verona

In Verona is an ongoing story created and illustrated with The Sims 2. It features a blend of premade Sims from the Veronaville neighborhood, their Shakespearean counterparts and cohorts, and a few characters shamelessly nicked from Jane Austen, all twisted into a historical-fantasy melodrama. While details, themes, and flaws from real-world history are included and explored, the story exists in a fictional universe of its own.

The story is not a traditional crossover between multiple works of fiction. It is best enjoyed if you let go of expectations for Jane Austen fanfic, TS2 canon compliance, and/or (heaven forbid!) "historical accuracy". There are many things that In Verona isn't, but I hope it can be enjoyed for what it is.

I maintain a content warning index & link to it in any post that may contain sensitive topics or themes. The index may act as a spoiler, so please use it at your own discretion. You also may see the occasional naked pixel person. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I have been writing In Verona for over a decade now. Life has often been in the way in recent years, but I continue to work on the story when I can and updates are still coming. Thank you for sticking with the story!
